When the Italian design powerhouse, Pininfarina of Ferrari fame, partnered with Magic Development and hotel giant, Wyndham – the largest hotel franchise in the world, in order to create tourist luxury properties bordering Disney’s Magic Kingdom in Orlando, Florida, they weren’t thinking about Andrew McDonald, real estate entrepreneur in Orange County, California. They didn’t know him, but were seeking another magic touch for their next world class development.
